Legal notice: In its judgment of 12 May 1998, Hamburg District Court ruled that the establishment of a link to another website may incur joint responsibility for the content of the linked-to site on the part of the party establishing the link. According to the District Court, this can only be prevented by a party expressly distancing itself from this content. The operator of www.action-five thus expressly distances itself from the content of all linked-to sites which can be reached from its site and does not espouse their content.”
